The Senior Marketing Manager - Korea is a hybrid role based in Seoul, Korea. This role is responsible for all aspects of marketing which can help increase overall brand awareness in Korea, improve retention rate, while continuously acquiring new customers in the market. This includes ownership of iHerb’s presence on key Korean marketplaces such as Naver and Coupang.
This role will drive positive impact on the Korea growth strategy, working at both the strategic level and tactical level. The Senior Marketing Manager - Korea will be responsible for forming new partnerships and managing local agencies, while optimizing our current marketing channels such as influencers, Social, affiliates, OOH and day to day management, as well as collaborating with cross functional team members internally as well as externally with the partner’s teams.

Generally requires a minimum of 10 years of e-commerce experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.
