Job Description

MSX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Diagnostic Agent to join our team.

In this role you will provide first-line technical support to the dealer network, helping resolve vehicle-related technical issues and ensuring excellent service levels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to dealers via phone and ticketing systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle-related technical issues
• Escalating complex cases when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up
• Collaborating with internal technical teams and stakeholders
• Supporting dealers in identifying effective solutions and best practices
• Maintaining high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
• Participating in technical training and continuous learning activities

Qualifications

We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
• Fluent Italian and good English language skills (B2 level or above)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and internal combustion engines
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in automotive technical support, workshop environments, or aftersales activities is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
