Deloitte - the leading and largest professional services firm in the world looking for an Audit & Assurance Manager for the High-Tech sector.

• Performing annual audits and quarterly financial reviews for startups companies
• Performing audits of income tax reports and declaration of assets
• Working according to US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP.
• Supporting IPOs of startups and growth companies.
• Supporting equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and due diligence.
• Accompanying capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, sales transactions (exit) and due diligence processes

Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Must be a certified public accountant.

Must have at least 2 years of experience in as a manager performing external audits of Hi-Tech companies.

Ability to be organized and take initiative.

Attentive to details and service oriented.
