As an RGM Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our Category Business Unit, translating insights into action across assortment, promotions, trade management and pricing.

You’ll build strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy & Insights, Marketing, Supply and Leadership Teams to bring our plans to life. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Insights, and Supply to ensure seamless delivery of commercial plans.
• Be the Voice of the Market: Represent the retailer and market perspective within the Category Business Unit, driving actionable strategies that resonate at shelf level and deliver results.
• Shape the Future with Strategic Planning: Support the development of a clear and compelling 5-Year RGM roadmap, leveraging insights from multifunctional teams to guide long-term growth.
• Lead Innovation with Commercial Acumen: Act as a commercial lead on innovation projects, ensuring market needs and executional excellence are embedded from concept to launch.
• Drive Executional Brilliance: Translate strategic plans into tangible actions that deliver value for our consumers and customers, ensuring every initiative is grounded in commercial reality.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• FMCG, commercial or finance experience – highly desirable.
• A strategic mindset with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships, both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence and inspire across all levels.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving results.
