What You Can Expect

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle and email marketing function for Workvivo by Zoom, the AI-native employee experience platform trusted by over 10 million users across leading global enterprises. You will set the strategy for how prospects move from first interaction to qualified sales conversation, build and run the programmes that make that happen, and be directly measured on pipeline contribution. Working closely with regional demand generation, SDR managers, revenue operations, and product marketing, you will serve as the connective tissue between every channel investment and the pipeline it generates. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence 2 days per week at our Dublin, Ireland office. Remote arrangements are not available for this role.

About the Team

The Workvivo growth team runs demand generation, campaigns, and SDR programmes across every major region, including North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APJ. Lifecycle and email sit at the centre of that motion, serving as the mechanism through which every channel investment either converts to pipeline or stalls. Our team operates with full ownership of strategy and delivery, partnering closely with sales and revenue operations to move fast and show measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the global email programme end to end, including nurture, product and content sends, event follow-up, database re-engagement, and win-back campaigns
• Build and send all campaign emails: construct templates, shape copy, define and segment audiences, configure workflows, and ship to deadlines without hand-off
• Design, launch, and maintain all nurture programmes covering inbound follow-up, content and event follow-up, stalled lead re-engagement, and SDR nurture in partnership with regional SDR managers
• Define and maintain the lifecycle stage model from first touch through to sales accepted opportunity, working with revenue operations to keep every region aligned to one definition
• Own audience selection, send governance, contact frequency, and overlap management across regional and global sends to protect deliverability and sender reputation
• Lead the content syndication channel: set offer and asset strategy, define lead acceptance criteria, own the nurture behind every syndication programme, and hold the channel to a pipeline conversion standard
• Grow the marketable database by region and in local language, including Spanish (LATAM), Portuguese (Brazil), and other priority markets per Workvivo’s localisation framework, and report performance in revenue terms across conversion by stage, velocity, and cost per qualified opportunity

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience owning email and nurture in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of designing programmes from the ground up and measuring their impact on conversion, or equivalent experience
• Deep, hands-on marketing automation capability in HubSpot and Salesforce, or in comparable platforms such as Marketo, Braze, or Eloqua, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship email independently: template construction, list building, workflow setup, QA across clients, and delivery to deadline
• Strong judgement across deliverability, segmentation, list hygiene, and testing disciplines, with comfort interrogating funnel data and building self-serve reporting
• Experience running a paid lead source such as content syndication, with a clear point of view on how to make cold-acquired names convert to pipeline
• Experience working across multiple regions and languages, and the ability to build and manage programmes that run natively in more than one language
• Ability to work closely with sales and SDR teams and to present performance and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders using data

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum: €47,800.00
Maximum: €76,500.00
