GOAL is seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner – Funding, Programmes & Cost Recovery to strengthen financial sustainability across the organisation.
The role is primarily focused on business partnering and cost recovery, with an FP&A element covering planning, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis. Working across Finance, Programmes, Fundraising and Operations, the successful candidate will be a strong self-starter with excellent analytical, systems and stakeholder-management skills.
Contribute directly to GOAL’s international financial sustainability and programme effectiveness.
Work across funding, programmes and organisational finance with exposure to senior decision-makers.
GOAL offers staff flexible working through our hybrid model. HQ employees are required to work 2 days per week from our office in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin or remote work if based in UK.
