Job Description

• Develop automated governance frameworks using ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Manage technology design review processes and approval workflows
• Translate business requirement to functional/technical requirements
• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder communication
• Maintain governance documentation and reporting dashboards
• Lead a team of programmers in designing, implementing, and testing software applications
• Evaluate and select programming languages best suited for project requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members on programming best practices
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines
• Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks in the development process
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in programming languages and technologies
