Job Description

The project:

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supports opportunity research and bid strategy development, aligning client objectives and market insights with Mace governance.
  • Reviews tender requirements and coordinates bid activities, ensuring clear ownership, timelines and delivery plans.
  • Facilitates stakeholder engagement, progress reviews and tender clarifications to drive effective bid execution.
  • Develops, enhances and quality-assures compelling proposal content, CVs and project credentials.
  • Ensures governance, approvals and compliance requirements are achieved throughout the work winning process.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and the net zero carbon transition through collaborative delivery.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the relevant field.
