YOUR MISSION

Keep the Environment team on track and ensure assets meet the established quality, technical, and delivery standards. Coordinate daily production, support artists, identify blockers early, and keep the 3D Lead informed.

Your quest begins

Be the day-to-day point of contact for the Environment team, by keeping tasks moving from blockout to final asset, coordinating feedback, and making sure nothing gets stuck in the pipeline.

Daily power-ups

  • Coordinate tasks, priorities, workload, and milestones.
  • Monitor asset progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Review assets against established art and technical standards and provide feedback.
  • Follow up on revisions, blockers, dependencies, and missing information.
  • Support artists with production and technical issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
  • Coordinate Environment-related feedback with the 3D Lead and other teams.
  • Report progress, risks, and quality concerns to the 3D Lead.
  • Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and day-to-day artist development.

Master the Environment pipeline and team workflow. Keep tasks, quality, and milestones on track. Identify blockers early and build strong team collaboration.
12 Months: Level Up the Team
Improve delivery predictability and reduce rework. Help artists improve their skills and independence. Improve Environment workflows and support the 3D Lead.
