Your role at Clorox:
This position will serve as the operational supporter for Food Protection category activities, consolidating market feedback, preparing category performance reports, and facilitating communication between the Category Lead and market activation teams to ensure alignment and efficient resource deployment.

What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand management, category management, commercial marketing, innovation project management, market activation, or consumer goods/F.MCG marketing. Experience supporting cross-functional projects, business analysis, and campaign or launch execution is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Experience supporting category, brand, or commercial planning by synthesizing consumer, shopper, customer, competitor, and market insights into clear recommendations.
Hands-on experience coordinating innovation, renovation, product launch, packaging, or activation projects with cross-functional teams.
Experience preparing business cases, performance updates, project trackers, campaign materials, and commercial selling stories.
Experience working in a regional or matrix environment is preferred; direct people-management experience is not required.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of category and brand fundamentals, including consumer and shopper insight, competitive analysis, positioning, innovation development, pricing, and demand creation support.
Capability to support development and adaptation of brand and commercial assets across physical and digital touchpoints, including claims, visual assets, product content, selling materials, and e-commerce content.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret category, sales, market share, brand health, customer, margin, and ROI data and convert findings into concise updates and recommendations.
Strong project coordination skills, including milestone tracking, meeting follow-up, business-case support, risk identification, launch readiness tracking, and post-launch learning documentation.
Managerial Skills and Abilities: Structured and analytical, with the ability to connect category, consumer, commercial, financial, and operational inputs into clear working recommendations.
Able to collaborate effectively, influence without direct authority, follow through on commitments, and keep stakeholders aligned on timelines, decisions, and next steps.
Strong execution discipline, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams, project trackers, and market requests in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize data, simplify issues, and prepare concise updates for the Category Lead and cross-functional partners.
Proactive problem solver with sound judgment, openness to feedback, and willingness to escalate risks or trade-offs when support or decisions are needed.
Consumer- and customer-oriented, curious, practical, and motivated to learn category and brand-building fundamentals.
Collaborative and dependable, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across functions, cultures, and levels.
Learning-agile and comfortable working with ambiguity, able to absorb inputs, identify patterns, and turn direction into practical action.
Demonstrates integrity, accountability, resilience, and strong alignment with company values.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% across Greater China and Korea for market visits, project meetings, launch support, and selected customer or agency engagement.
Fluent business English is required; Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred, and Cantonese language capability is an advantage.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced regional matrix with multiple markets, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners.
