We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales team with day to day operational and administrative activities.

The position is based in Athens and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities, including:

• Supporting daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintaining and updating sales-related records and documentation.
• Preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Assisting with data entry, organisation and accuracy checks.
• Coordinating with internal teams to support smooth operational processes.
• Monitoring pending tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Supporting the organisation and maintenance of sales-related information.

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.

0 - 2 years of relevant professional experience; recent graduates may also be considered.

Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting and Pivot Tables.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Very good command of English, written and spoken.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.

Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.

Previous experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
