Company Description
hoper is the global gateway for helicopter travel: from short transfers and skyline tours to private charters in some of the world’s most iconic destinations. From the Greek Islands and the French Alps to Dubai and beyond, travelers can book helicopter flights from trusted operators through hoper’s seamless, reliable, and refreshingly smooth online experience. hoper started as the first scheduled helicopter airline in Greece, where island-hopping was long, tiring, and exclusive. We made it effortless, scenic, and accessible. Now, we’re taking that vision worldwide.
Today, our business spans three key areas: scheduled helicopter transfers, on-demand private flights and charters, and scenic tours. We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Role Description
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operation. The role is primarily focused on inbound sales, turning flight requests into bookings and making sure every customer receives a fast, thoughtful and tailored solution.
You’ll have real ownership from day one. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply follow a process, but understands the goal, takes initiative and finds a way to get things done. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly and where being proactive, commercially minded and comfortable with technology really matters.
Main Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales: Respond quickly to incoming private flight requests, understand customer needs, prepare tailored proposals and convert opportunities into bookings.
- B2B Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, DMCs, concierges and other travel partners.
- Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and support targeted outbound sales activities to expand hoper’s partner network.
- Customer Relationship Management: Own the customer journey from the initial enquiry through to booking, while building long-term relationships with high-value customers and partners.
- Ownership & Problem Solving: Take responsibility for opportunities and challenges, proactively identify solutions and coordinate internally and externally to make things happen.
- CRM & Sales Operations: Keep opportunities, customer information and follow-ups organized in our CRM and make sure the sales pipeline is accurately maintained.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing and other teams to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and partners.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within travel, hospitality, aviation or a related industry.
- A genuine customer-first and solutions-driven mindset.
- Strong commercial instinct and the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong ownership mentality: you see something that needs to be done and take action rather than waiting to be asked.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems. Previous CRM experience is a plus, but curiosity and confidence with technology matter more.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small, fast-moving team.
- Flexibility to occasionally support customers and partners outside standard working hours, including evenings or weekends when needed, specially during high season.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
What we offer
- A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company transforming the way people travel by helicopter.
- A role with real ownership and responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to directly influence how we grow our sales operation.
- Exposure to private aviation, luxury travel and international B2B partnerships.
- A flat organization where ideas, initiative and getting things done matter more than hierarchy.
- An environment that supports personal and professional growth.
- A genuinely hybrid working environment, based in Athens.
- Competitive salary and performance bonus.
- A fun, collaborative and ambitious team culture.
- The opportunity to be part of hoper’s journey as we expand beyond Greece and into new destinations worldwide.
