We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic HR Team. In this pivotal role, you will be involved in various HR projects, including recruitment & talent acquisition, onboarding, people engagement and employees’ wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide full life cycle support in recruitment and talent acquisition advertising job vacancies, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates to ensure timely hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop relevant recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate new joiners’ hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure their smooth integration or exit and the best employee experience.
  • Be involved in Employer Branding initiatives establishing and maintaining professional relationships with organizations, universities or academic institutes and participating in job fairs or relevant networking events.
  • Design, coordinate, and implement CSR activities, employee wellbeing initiatives and personnel events throughout the year.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through people engagement surveys and relevant focus groups to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate internal communication related to wellbeing and engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR records and update reporting files to track HR KPIs, such as employee turnover, retention rate, and performance metrics.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues, managing efficiently employee relations and providing guidance on HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (A Master’s degree will be considered an asset).
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in HR issues, especially recruitment, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and previous experience working with HRM systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational, multitasking and time-management skills with ability to work within a fast-paced working environment under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
