Salary: £14.00 per hour (monthly pay)

Opening Hours: Rotational shifts between Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 21:00, Saturday & Sunday, 09:00 to 17:00

Location: Mitre House, 1 Canbury Park Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6LZ (hybrid-working post training) – work from home on Mondays and Fridays!

Contract Duration: Temporary, fixed-term contract until 31/12/2026, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Start Date: Thursday, 01 October 2026

What will I be doing?

As a Customer Service Representative with Foundever®, you’ll deliver an exceptional service to our client’s customers with each interaction. Using various contact channels, your job will be to effectively listen to customer queries, diagnose and problem-solve where required, and enhance the customer experience. Your dedication and expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our client’s high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer interaction via all customer contact channels
  • Identify and escalate customer complaints in accordance with company policy
  • Identify trends in customer interactions and escalate to Customer Service Managers where appropriate
  • Take pride in your team’s excellence and support activities which reduce errors and maximise efficiencies
  • Consistently achieve a performance appraisal score of 90% or above in all relevant areas
  • Work with the wider teams to ensure KPI’s are met
  • Performs routine administrative duties including outbound calls
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within Customer Services and the wider business
  • Shows excellent product and process knowledge, treating customers fairly across all communication channels
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What skills and experience will I need to succeed?

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a contact centre environment
  • Complaints Handler: Previous complaint handling experience, managing difficult conversations effectively
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication to help customers, provide guidance, and resolve queries across multiple channels
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to solve problems, manage unexpected challenges, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic technical skills to navigate digital platforms and manage multiple systems
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Empathy, patience, and commitment to high-quality service, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience
  • Proactive Work Ethic: Proactively managing workloads, anticipating customer needs, and maintaining composure under pressure
  • Teamwork: Effective collaboration, openness to feedback, and participation in training to improve performance and service quality

Hybrid-working requirements

This role is offered on hybrid-working basis once you have completed full training, with electronic equipment being provided by us. To be eligible to work from home, you must meet the below requirements:

  • You must have a wired/Ethernet broadband connection with a minimum of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speeds (4G/5G connections are not supported).
  • You must have a secure, private area to work from, with a desk and chair, and no distractions or background noise. This cannot be in a shared space, nor can any other devices be present during working hours (including smart listening devices in the room, such as mobile phones, or any voice command tech). You must also not use any pen/paper or any writing materials. No other people, such as dependants can be in the same room during working hours.
