You will build trusted, collaborative relationships across healthcare ecosystems, combining strong scientific knowledge with commercial excellence to support appropriate access to innovative therapies. This role plays a vital part in delivering UCB’s patient‑centred, science‑driven rare disease strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Build meaningful, insight‑driven relationships that create value for rare disease patients.
  • Develop deep understanding of regional healthcare ecosystems, patient pathways, and stakeholder needs.
  • Execute strategic territory and account plans aligned to patient journeys and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Communicate balanced, high‑quality information on rare disease therapies to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of disease areas, standards of care, and relevant clinical data.
  • Act as a trusted advocate for rare disease patients, promoting appropriate tools and resources.
  • Deliver agreed commercial objectives while contributing to strong national brand performance.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong curiosity and motivation to understand patient needs and deliver meaningful impact.
  • Proven field‑based experience in biopharmaceutical sales, account management, or field reimbursement.
  • Experience within specialty, neurology, and/or rare disease environments is strongly preferred.
  • Track record of contributing to successful product launches.
  • Ability to use multichannel and digital tools to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Solid understanding of medical, scientific, and healthcare concepts relevant to rare diseases.
  • Collaborative, agile, and solution‑oriented approach to working in a cross‑functional environment.
