  • Keep plans on track by helping manage workload priorities and responding to changing business demands.
  • Support efficient delivery through accurate scheduling, administration and coordination activities that help operational teams succeed.
  • Make a real difference by maintaining high levels of accuracy and organisation while supporting excellent service for both customers and operational teams.
  • Support and develop others by assisting with onboarding, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues follow consistent processes and ways of working.

What You'll Bring

  • Planning and coordination experience – Experience supporting planning, scheduling or administrative activities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Data and analytical skills – Ability to interpret information and use data to support performance improvements and decision-making.
  • Systems and technical capability – Competent in Microsoft Office applications, with experience of systems such as SAP, OverIT or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills – Able to build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Organisation and attention to detail – Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records, data quality and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and collaboration – A positive team player who contributes to a customer-focused and high-performing environment.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the end-to-end planning process while working at the heart of operational delivery. You'll help ensure the right work is planned at the right time, supporting customers, network performance and business priorities. As part of a customer-focused team, you'll contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and safety, while building valuable experience and relationships across the business.
