FTSE Russell | Analyst | Location: London / Hybrid
FTSE Russell is seeking an organised, detail-focused and analytically minded Issue Management Analyst to support the operation of the first-line Issue Management framework across the global business!
This role will provide core execution support across the issue lifecycle, helping to ensure that issues are accurately recorded, appropriately tracked, well evidenced and subject to timely follow-up. The role is central to maintaining high-quality issue data, supporting governance routines, and enabling clear management information on issue health, remediation progress, ageing and emerging risk themes.
Working as part of the 1LOD Risk & Control function, the Analyst will support the consistent application of Issue Management procedures and controls in line with LSEG standards. The role will work closely with Issue Owners, Action Owners, Risk & Control colleagues and governance stakeholders to help ensure that issue records are complete, remediation actions are visible, and closure evidence is captured in a clear and audit-ready manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in operational risk, issue management, control environments and governance within a regulated financial services and market infrastructure business!
FTSE Russell operates in a highly regulated, client-critical environment where strong risk management, control discipline and evidence-based governance are essential.
In this role, you will help support the operation of a key first-line risk process, gaining practical exposure to issue management, remediation, governance, management information and regulatory expectations. You will work closely with experienced risk and control professionals and have the opportunity to build strong foundations for a career in operational risk, controls or governance.
Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. If you're ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you.
