Our Sales Team is looking for a Product Specialist for Ford and Mazda to join us in Tallinn. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cooperation with vehicle manufacturers, managing vehicle ordering and planning, pricing, supply chain processes, and providing product-related support to the sales team.

What you will do

  • Develop cooperation and build strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers;
  • Plan vehicle orders, including production planning and maintaining a strategic overview;
  • Prepare price lists and calculations;
  • Establish and manage supply chain processes;
  • Support the sales team with product-specific expertise and guidance.

To be successful in this role, you should have

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry;
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining customer relationships;
  • A proactive, independent, and analytical mindset;
  • Excellent skills in using Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong communication skills in both Estonian and English.
