  • Assess key business activities, strategic initiatives, and critical risks across the bank;

What is needed in this role:

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand how operational, financial, technological, and regulatory factors influence business performance;
  • Curiosity about how technology, digitalisation, and innovation are reshaping the financial sector;
  • The confidence of building trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation;
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn observations into meaningful insights;
  • Ability to translate complex observations into clear, practical, and business-oriented recommendations;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner;
  • Fluency in Estonian and English.

As an advantage is working experience from operations or controls with financial products, or with anti-money laundering, risk management, information security, cybersecurity, technology governance, cloud environments, data analytics, AI-related risks, or digital banking solutions. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFA, CAMS, ACCA, or equivalent. Experience from one of the Big Four firms within the financial services sector.
