About the job:

This role is responsible for leading Trade & Revenue Management (TRM) for Spain, driving value creation through pricing, commercial policy, promotion effectiveness, portfolio optimisation, and channel strategy. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will help maximise profitable growth while ensuring disciplined investment and strong commercial performance.

• Lead initiatives that drive profitable growth and strengthen commercial performance.
• Translate data and insights into clear commercial recommendations and action plans.
• Influence key business decisions around pricing, portfolio, and investment strategy.
• Partner across functions to optimise value creation and resource allocation.
• Champion a challenger mindset by simplifying complexity and driving positive change.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead Trade & Revenue Management initiatives across pricing, commercial policy, promotion effectiveness, and portfolio optimisation.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that support sustainable growth and profitability.
• Evaluate promotional investments and recommend actions to improve return on investment.
• Analyse customer, channel, brand, and product performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise commercial mix.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to support innovation launches, pack-price architecture, and portfolio simplification initiatives.
• Support Integrated Business Planning by translating sales forecasts into robust net sales assumptions and commercial scenarios.
• Monitor commercial accruals, stock-in-trade performance, and key revenue management metrics to support business decision-making.

About you:

• Experience in revenue management, trade marketing, commercial finance, pricing, strategy, or a related commercial function.
• Background within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Retail, or a similarly fast-paced consumer-focused industry.
• Experience working in the Spanish market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable commercial insights.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge existing ways of working to drive business improvement.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of profitability, revenue drivers, and growth strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
