About the job:

This role sits at the heart of Opella's global Talent Acquisition organisation, translating strategy into execution through governance, workforce planning, technology, reporting, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will help shape how Talent Acquisition operates globally, ensuring consistency, visibility, and performance across markets and functions.

Rather than focusing on recruitment delivery, you will design and optimise the operating infrastructure that enables Talent Acquisition to succeed at scale. From workforce planning and AI adoption to executive reporting and governance, you will help define how a global Talent Acquisition function operates, measures success, and creates value for the business.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition governance, operating rhythms, standards, and processes across global teams.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of strategic workforce planning, ensuring hiring demand, capacity, and business priorities are aligned.
• Own Talent Acquisition reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and executive performance reviews, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead the adoption, governance, and optimisation of Talent Acquisition technologies, including AI-powered solutions and Workday ATS.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable talent acquisition strategies and operational improvements.
• Manage Talent Acquisition performance frameworks, vendor governance, budget oversight, and service delivery standards.
• Lead global cross-functional projects, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes that enhance effectiveness and candidate outcomes.

About you:

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition operations, workforce planning, TA transformation, or talent infrastructure initiatives within a global organisation.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition performance management, reporting, governance, and operating model design.
• Experience working with Talent Acquisition technologies, including ATS platforms, reporting tools, and digital or AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Technology, and business functions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent project and change management capabilities, with a track record of driving adoption and sustainable outcomes.
• Fluent English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
