This position reports to: Support Services Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model: #LI-hybrid

Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Managing a portfolio of customers, including the monitoring and follow-up of overdue invoices and invoices approaching their due dates. Liaising with customers to resolve queries, issues, and outstanding incidents in a timely manner. Preparing for and participating in regular review and follow-up meetings with Area Sales Managers. Providing administrative support to the sales organization and customers, including processing commercial credit notes and handling customer order-related issues.

Qualifications for the Role

• Higher Vocational Grade in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience of at least one year in an administrative role is desirable.
• Experience interacting with customers and supporting sales teams would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel will be valuable.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.
