About this Position
The IT Governance and Operations consultant is responsible for ensuring the stable operation, continuous improvement, and business alignment of a portfolio of enterprise applications and technical platforms. Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners, the role ensures that business needs are translated into reliable technical operations and effective solution delivery.
What you´ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams for a portfolio of enterprise applications and platforms.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service continuity by coordinating incidents, service requests, changes, upgrades, and technical issues across the application landscape.
- Monitor and manage cost-related aspects of the application landscape, including cost centers, service consumption, and platform-related operational expenses.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams, support teams, vendors, and business representatives to manage technical dependencies and ensure effective issue resolution.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or any related field.
- 2-3 Years of experience in relevant field.
- Good understanding of infrastructure-related activities.
- Exposure to cost tracking, budget-related coordination, or cost center management within enterprise IT environments is considered a plus.
- Experience working with Governance, Risk & Compliance controls, audit requirements, and security standards in enterprise organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams on a global scale.
