Job Description

From October 2026, Inexchange is embarking on a new journey, building a unified European powerhouse in e-invoicing and automated finance. The regulatory landscape (ViDA, Peppol, and national mandates) is changing faster than ever.

Are you service-minded, solution-oriented, and passionate about helping others? We are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team – someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service.

This role will be based in Norresundby where we practice a hybrid model of working. Some travel will be required.

Your impact and responsibilities in this role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers and users who need assistance. You will handle incoming support requests, help resolve questions and issues, and ensure that every customer receives professional and friendly support throughout their interaction with us.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming support requests via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting technical and user-related issues
  • Analysing and interpreting data and invoice files to identify errors, inconsistencies or missing information
  • Guiding customers through technical issues in a clear and easy-to-understand way
  • Investigating cases and gathering the information needed to identify root causes
  • Documenting and following up on support cases
  • Escalating more complex technical issues to the appropriate specialist or team
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Support, Product and other functions to ensure a great customer experience

Who you are and what you bring to the role

We believe you are someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and finds it easy to communicate with different types of people. You don't need to know everything from day one – what matters most is that you are curious, structured, and motivated to find solutions.

We would like you to:

  • Have previous experience in customer support, technical support or a similar service-oriented role
  • Have a genuine technical interest and enjoy troubleshooting and investigating problems
  • Be comfortable working with digital systems and learning new technical tools
  • Be comfortable working with, analysing and interpreting data and invoice files
  • Have an analytical mindset and be able to identify errors, patterns and inconsistencies
  • Communicate fluently in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Be structured and solution-oriented, even when handling several cases at the same time
  • Be comfortable working independently while also enjoying close collaboration with colleagues

Experience from the finance, accounting, invoicing, payments or financial services sector is considered a strong advantage, as it will help you understand our customers' processes and the type of data and transactions you will encounter.

If you also speak German or French, we consider that a strong advantage.

To thrive in this role

You don't need to be the person who already knows the answer to every question. What matters is that you're willing to find it. You're service-minded, curious, and enjoy the combination of working with people and solving problems.

This is an opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building a deeper understanding of digital financial processes, data flows and customer solutions – all while helping create a great customer experience.
