Just imagine turning complex novelty concepts into manufacturable solutions that launch on time, at scale, across global production sites. Then make it real.
As our Senior Manager, you'll lead a team of around 10 specialists, including mechanical engineers and project managers, responsible for delivering special novelties through the LEGO® novelty development flow. You'll oversee the successful introduction of decoration and assembly solutions from design handover through implementation in running production, while balancing quality, timing, and cost. You'll also guide projects that require special attention due to technical complexity, launch impact, or challenging timelines, helping reduce risk across the novelty portfolio.
If you've worked in a role where you've balanced technical complexity, stakeholder alignment, and project execution, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is a proven ability to combine engineering leadership with strong project delivery.
In Novelty Development, we're responsible for delivering novelties on time and in full, from received design through production implementation. You'll join a team that works closely together to solve complex challenges and continuously improve how we work. Success comes from strong communication, thoughtful stakeholder management, coaching others, setting clear direction, taking ownership, showing empathy, and helping people grow while working across functions to remove barriers and create better solutions.
You'll become the leader teams turn to when complex novelty projects need structure, clarity, and momentum. Over the coming months, you'll help strengthen the delivery of increasingly complex novelty solutions while improving the flow from design to production. You'll work closely with engineers, project managers, Product Development partners, and production stakeholders to ensure successful launches and sustainable operational performance.
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
