Just imagine creating non-brick products with globally recognized brands that spark new ways for consumers to connect with the LEGO® brand. Then make it real!
As our Head of Branded Product Partnerships in our Global Licensing and Extended Line (LEL) organization, you'll lead the strategy, development, and growth of a global portfolio of branded non-brick product collaborations based in Copenhagen (outbound product partnerships). You'll identify new opportunities, shape partnership roadmaps, build strong external relationships, and bring innovative consumer products to market. Working closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams, you'll help strengthen brand relevance, drive commercial performance, and expand how consumers engage with the LEGO® ecosystem around the world.
If you've worked in a role where you developed partnerships, negotiated commercial agreements, and delivered growth through branded products, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn strategy into results and create value through meaningful collaboration.
You'll join the Global Licensing & Extended Line organization, where we expand the LEGO brand ecosystem through relevant products and experiences. We're a collaborative team that works across markets, channels, and audiences to build strong partnerships and create new consumer connections. Curiosity, confidence, relationship building, innovation, and a proactive approach are all part of how we work together and achieve shared goals.
Success comes from building a partnership portfolio that strengthens consumer love for the LEGO brand and also delivers commercial value as a secondary priority. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help shape the future direction of branded product partnerships and identify new opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with senior leaders, product development teams, and external partners to bring ambitious ideas to life and ensure lasting impact.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
