Legal AI content is turning into a commodity. Every vendor ships the same AI-generated blog posts and the same generic battlecards. We are transitioning into an AI-native company ourselves, and that changes what this role has to be. Not a traditional product marketer who ships a few blog posts and calls it enablement. Not a pure thinker who never touches a sales deck. Instead, one person who owns our voice and turns it into everything the company needs to win: the thesis that gets us cited, the sales slide that closes next week’s deal, and the briefing that gets a General Counsel to say yes.
You will use AI tooling and agents to cover ground that used to take a small team, so you can spend your own time on the part that cannot be delegated: the thinking, the judgment, and the writing that actually changes someone’s mind.
In 6 months: a flagship study that gets cited by competitors and customers. Sales armed with materials that actually get used in deals. A clear Legartis position that everyone in the company can repeat in 30 seconds.
In 12 months: Legartis recognized as one of the leading European voices on Legal AI, with a content and enablement engine, you plus the AI tools you direct, that outproduces companies with five times the headcount.
A track record where writing and thinking were central: journalism, industry or analyst research, strategy consulting, or senior product marketing with real strategic ownership. 4+ years in marketing, product marketing or a comparable strategic role at a SaaS or other knowledge-intensive company. Classic PMM experience (positioning, GTM, enablement) is a strong plus, not a hard requirement, if your thinking and writing are strong enough.
Real published or produced work you can send us, while the quality matters more to us than the format or platform.
Comfortable interviewing senior stakeholders (General Counsel, CFO, board level) and turning what you hear into something sharper than a testimonial quote.
Comfortable with data: you don’t need to run a regression, but you can read a dataset and find the story in it.
Genuinely AI-native: you already use AI tools daily to produce and scale content and enablement material, and you know the difference between AI leverage and AI slop.
Fluent German and English, executive-level writing in both.
Versatile by choice: equally happy defending a long-form thesis and turning it into a sales slide by Friday.
You need a content calendar to feel productive, and can’t also ship a usable sales asset under real deadline pressure.
Your portfolio is only social posts, SEO content and paid campaigns, with no real thinking behind it.
You think “AI in legal” is a topic, not a position you’re willing to defend.
Real editorial ownership over our voice and our position, not a content calendar handed down from someone else.
Direct access to proprietary data nobody else in the market has: contracts, workflows, customer behaviour.
A platform to build your own visible profile as a voice in Legal AI.
Modern office in Leipzig or Berlin, hybrid setup, with regular presence in Zürich and team events such as hiking, dinners and offsites.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participation.
Competitive salary, based on experience and seniority.
Send us your CV, two or three writing or work samples you’re proud of, and a short note answering: what’s your sharpest point of view on where Legal AI is heading, and what’s the evidence?
