Job Description

Website Marketing Operations Manager

About the Role

The Website Marketing Operations Manager owns Zonar's website performance, SEO outcomes, and conversion rate — keeping Zonar.com accurate, well-governed, and aligned to demand gen, product marketing, brand, and sales enablement. You'll manage the digital backlog, execute CMS updates directly, own SEO/dev agency relationships, and partner with Marketing Ops on forms, tracking, and reporting. We're specifically looking for a HubSpot CMS expert — hands-on experience building and managing pages, modules, and templates in HubSpot CMS is a must-have.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain Zonar.com in HubSpot CMS: pages, layouts, CTAs, metadata, navigation, redirects, and URL hygiene
  • Own website traffic, SEO performance, and conversion rate; improve organic visibility and priority-page performance
  • Manage the SEO and development agency relationships
  • Publish and maintain blogs, case studies, white papers, and resource-center assets
  • Build and QA campaign landing pages and thank-you experiences; partner with Marketing Ops on forms, tracking, and routing
  • Support web performance reporting (GA4, HubSpot) and flag/investigate data discrepancies
  • Maintain a prioritized website backlog and keep stakeholders updated on status

What We're Looking For

  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot CMS experience — must-have
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website analytics, landing pages, redirects, metadata, CTAs, and conversion-rate optimization
  • Experience owning or directly contributing to website traffic, SEO, and conversion-rate goals
  • Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot reporting, and campaign performance measurement
  • Experience coordinating with SEO, development, or digital agency partners
  • Detail-oriented QA mindset and strong project management habits
  • Able to balance hands-on execution with ownership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
  • Organized with files, assets, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Strong judgment on what to fix directly versus escalate
  • Comfortable working across Brand, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Product Marketing
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on production modes
  • High level of English proficiency — all communication and work product must be in English
