工作经验:具备2年及以上制造业工作经验,熟悉生产现场运作流程。

办公能力:熟练使用Office等办公软件,能够创建作业指导书等培训文件。

语言能力:具备英语听说读写基础,能够进行基本的英文沟通与文件阅读。

主要职责

掌握注塑物料区域的核心操作技能,包括物料处理、物料支持等;能够运用TWI(Training Within Industry)方法论,独立开展新入职员工及在职员工的技能培训、技能评估、培训效果确认,以及培训体系的日常维护工作等。

参与或者主导物料区域的流程优化等
