Title: Client Service Administrator — Payout Annuities
Location: Montreal or Waterloo

As a member of the Payout Annuity team, the incumbent will be responsible for the administration of defined benefit (DB) pension plans, as well as managing ongoing services to plan sponsors and member requests.

What will you do?

• Support our efforts to locate missing contract holders
• Process member requests and transactions
• Support sponsor and payment reconciliation activities
• Complete follow-ups related to missing member information

What do you need to succeed?

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in managing high volumes of data in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, planning and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate proactively when needed
• High attention to detail and ability to produce quality work
• Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
