Your new role will be

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will play a key part in strengthening customer relationships, driving service revenue, and supporting our field service team. You will be responsible for identifying service opportunities in your assigned territory, preparing quotes, following up with customers, closing the sale and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Parts and Inside Sales Manager. This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario and has a work schedule of 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions related to service, spare parts, and maintenance solutions.
• Proactively identify new service opportunities within the existing customer base in the assigned territory.
• Proactively prepare and follow up on service quotations (preventive maintenance, AIRPlan, repairs, upgrades, connectivity solutions, etc.)
• Support the Service Sales Representatives and Field Service Technicians by providing pricing, technical documents, and product information.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records in our CRM (C4C) and ensure timely follow-up on leads and service requests.
• Work closely with operations and scheduling teams to coordinate service interventions.
• Promote Atlas Copco’s service programs (SmartLink, upgrade kits, service plans, overhauls).
• Support customer inquiries on order status, delivery timelines, and general service-related questions.
• Actively participate in improving customer satisfaction and overall service efficiency.
• Supporting in other related tasks and projects.
• Complying with the organization’s environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards.

To succeed, you will need

• Minimum 5 years experience in a sales support, sales coordination or inside sales role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
• Experience managing sales data in a CRM system.
• Good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of compressors, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems would be a strong asset.

The expected base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $66,000.00 CAD with final compensation varying due to factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. This position is eligible to commission, with estimated on-target earnings of $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 CAD depending on individual performance.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site 3 days per week at our office in Mississauga, Ontario.
