Job Summary

A Client Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting client onboarding, product adoption, inbound lead management, and ongoing engagement across our digital and partner solutions.

This role is ideal for an organized, client-focused professional who is comfortable with technology and enjoys helping clients get set up, supported, and confident using new tools.

This is a hybrid role, with 1–2 days per week expected in person at 200 Bay Street in Toronto.

Job Responsibilities

Client Onboarding and Product Implementation

• Coordinate client onboarding for Stewart strategic and partner products
• Support account setup, user access, documentation, platform activation, and internal handoffs.
• Manage onboarding checklists, milestones.

Product Adoption and Client Engagement

• Follow up after onboarding to encourage product use, identify friction points, and determine support needs.
• Track activation status, adoption progress, engagement activity, and follow-up outcomes.
• Gather client feedback and share insights to improve onboarding, training and adoption strategies.

Inbound Lead Management and Sales Support

• Manage inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, website inquiries, education programs and Business Development referrals.
• Qualify leads assess client needs, and coordinate demos, discovery meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Track lead source, ownership, status, next steps, and conversion activity in CRM or designated tools.

Other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in client success, sales support, onboarding, customer service, business development support, or a related role.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with technology platforms, CRM tools, digital applications, and client-facing systems.
• A client-first mindset with the ability to provide timely, solutions-oriented support.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in real estate, legal services, title insurance, financial services, SaaS onboarding, product adoption, or CASL compliance would be an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range

$65,000 to $75,000 annually. Please note that salaries are dependent on various matrix including experience, education, skills etc.
