Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology project aimed at enhancing road safety. This consultancy mission will take place at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions while working closely with various stakeholders.
The ANPR program utilizes intelligent cameras to recognize license plates, comparing scanned plates with existing data on stolen vehicles or access restrictions. This technology is crucial for traffic safety and judicial assignments.
As a Business Analyst within the ANPR team, you will conduct various analyses in the traffic domain and translate field needs for the stabilization and modernization of the ANPR system. Your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the long-term vision of a stable ANPR ecosystem, considering future expansions and new technologies. Staying updated on new developments in ANPR technology and relevant regulations, integrating this knowledge into analyses and advising on necessary adjustments. Providing input for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other analyses in collaboration with data protection experts.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis and/or managing ICT projects, particularly within complex IT environments for government agencies.
Familiarity with analysis methodologies and tools, such as business process modeling, requirements management, and project tracking systems. Knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence, or similar toolsets is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of structuring large amounts of information and drawing sharp conclusions while maintaining a holistic view.
Native proficiency in French or Dutch, with strong passive knowledge of the other language to function in a bilingual context. Good knowledge of English is a plus for understanding technical documentation.
Affinity or experience with ANPR systems, camera technology, and traffic enforcement is an asset.
