What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Manager within our Treasury team, you will:

• Lead treasury operate and managed service engagements, providing governance, oversight and delivery leadership across multiple client accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end treasury operations including settlements, confirmations, reconciliations, cash positioning, debt, investments, derivatives and treasury controls.
• Manage cash and liquidity processes, including forecasting, liquidity monitoring, variance analysis and executive reporting.
• Provide guidance across treasury risk management activities, including foreign exchange, commodity, interest rate and liquidity risk management.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of operational, management and board reporting on treasury performance, risk and strategic insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury functions through automation, treasury technology, data analytics, workflow optimisation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assess treasury processes and control environments, identifying opportunities to strengthen governance, efficiency and operational resilience.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across treasury, finance, accounting, risk and technology functions.
• Support business development, proposal development and solution design activities for new and existing clients.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, inclusive and quality-focused culture.

Our Treasury team helps organisations transform their treasury and risk management capabilities through advisory, technology, operate and managed service solutions. We work across treasury strategy, operating model design, cash and liquidity management, risk management, treasury technology, process improvement and treasury outsourcing. Our professionals bring together deep industry expertise, innovative thinking and leading technology capabilities to help clients tackle their most complex treasury challenges.

You are an experienced treasury professional with strong consulting and leadership capabilities and a passion for helping clients solve complex challenges. You bring:

• Extensive experience in treasury, treasury operations, managed services, consulting, banking or corporate finance environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements and managing teams.
• Deep understanding of cash management, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, settlements, confirmations, reconciliations and treasury reporting.
• Practical experience across FX, commodity, interest rate and liquidity risk management processes.
• Experience with treasury transformation, operating models, outsourcing or managed service environments.
• Knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, banking platforms, reporting solutions and automation tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Commercial acumen, problem-solving capability and experience translating technical treasury concepts into practical business solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline.

Preferred qualifications:

• CA, CPA, CFA, ACT, FINSIA or equivalent treasury, finance or accounting qualification.
• Experience delivering treasury technology or treasury operating model transformation programs.
• Exposure to data analytics, automation and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives.
