Senior Facility Manager

Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee the operational delivery of facilities services across a national portfolio of office premises for a leading Australian health and wellbeing organization.

This senior, client-facing role will suit an experienced facilities professional with strong operational, commercial and stakeholder-management capabilities.

This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 30 June 2027, based in Sydney. The role offers a hybrid working model, with approximately three to four days per week in the office or at client sites, plus travel as required.

Job Description

About you

  • Broad knowledge of property operations, hard and soft services, maintenance and contractor management.
  • Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial reporting and commercial performance.
  • Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety, risk, compliance and governance requirements.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational issues.
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and service expectations.
  • Strong planning, organization, communication and business-writing skills.
  • Confidence working with facilities management systems, asset data and performance reporting.
  • A technical or onsite management background would be advantageous but is not essential.
