Pre-sales architect

At Kinetic IT, we're looking for a Pre-Sales Architect to join the team and bridge the gap between customer needs and innovative technology solutions. Working closely with our sales and account teams, you will play a key role in designing customer focused solutions that help organisations solve complex challenges and position Kinetic IT for success.

Responsibilities will include:

• Designing scalable, supportable, and cost effective ICT solutions aligned to customer requirements.
• Partnering with Sales and Account Directors to shape winning solution strategies.
• Lead customer workshops, technical presentations and solution discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and content for proposals, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery and commercial teams to ensure solutions are feasible and achievable.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of reusable pre-sales assets, solution frameworks and best practices.
• Provide market and customer insights to support future growth opportunities.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales consulting, or technical delivery within complex ICT environments.
• Strong ability to design and articulate end-to-end technology solutions for customers.
• Broad knowledge across areas including Cloud & Infrastructure, End User Computing and Cyber Security.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, tenders, or customer solution engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Australian Citizen with a minimum Baseline clearance required and the ability to achieve and retain NV1 or higher.
