Are you looking for an awesome place to work, where you can proudly be your authentic self, and be part of #oneteam?

We are looking for a passionate team player who aligns with our values and culture, takes pride in their unique contributions, and can challenge the status quo with disruptive thinking. If this sounds like you, come and join us!

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Managed Services Program Manager to establish and lead a scalable SD-WAN delivery capability within our Managed Services business.

In this newly created role, you'll be the technical and strategic leader behind complex SD-WAN and SASE transformations, driving migration strategy, developing repeatable delivery frameworks, and building long-term internal capability. Working across customer, product, engineering and commercial teams, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we deliver next-generation secure networking solutions at scale.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior SD-WAN specialist who enjoys solving complex customer challenges, influencing strategy, and building high-performing technical capability.

What You'll be responsible for

  • Lead the architecture, migration strategy and delivery approach for large-scale SD-WAN and SASE deployments.
  • Develop reusable deployment standards, templates, blueprints and best-practice frameworks to improve delivery consistency and scalability.
  • Act as the senior technical authority for strategic customer engagements, workshops and migration planning initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to provide customer insights, identify service improvements and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to strengthen internal SD-WAN expertise and reduce reliance on external resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Service Delivery and Operations teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies and migration complexities to deliver successful outcomes with minimal customer disruption.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency, quality and customer experience.

What you'll bring to the role

You'll bring deep experience in SD-WAN and secure networking solutions, combined with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

We're looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ technical product pre-sales experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient technical and sales knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN and SASE solutions.
  • Proficient cybersecurity sales capability and ability to position secure managed network outcomes.
  • Strong discovery and requirements capture skills, including use cases, success criteria and customer business drivers.
  • Demonstrated solution design and architecture experience, including high-level and low-level designs, bills of materials and statements of work.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops, technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
  • Experience documenting assumptions, dependencies, risks and migration constraints for complex customer environments.
  • Strong capability in creating and contributing to customer-facing presentations, proposals and technical documentation.
