We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio. Based in Parramatta, this highly visible leadership role will see you responsible for operational performance, contractor management, maintenance delivery, financial outcomes and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with occupiers, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure properties are operating efficiently, safely and in line with contractual requirements. This role is ideal for a commercially minded facilities professional who enjoys leading teams, driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding service outcomes.
