Regional Center of the East Bay

Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is one of 21 Regional Centers operating as a community-based, private non-profit corporation under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services. Headquartered at Creekside Plaza, 500 Davis Street, Suite 100, San Leandro, California, RCEB provides intake, assessment, diagnosis, and coordination of community-based services for more than 20,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities across Alameda and Contra Costa counties. The organization, part of the Individual and Family Services industry, employs more than 440 people who collaborate with families, community leaders, and partner agencies. Its mission is to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families with the tools needed to achieve lives of quality and satisfaction, while building partnerships that foster inclusive communities.
