Milton CAT is the Caterpillar dealer for the Northeast United States, serving Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and upstate New York. Founded in 1960 and headquartered at 100 Quarry Drive, Milford, Massachusetts, the company remains privately owned by the family that established it. Operating within the machinery manufacturing industry, Milton CAT has grown to 12 locations with more than 800 employees, and is consistently recognized as one of the world's top CAT dealers by sales volume. The company operates through two main divisions: Earthmoving, which sells, rents, and supports machinery and work tools for construction, landscaping, forestry, mining, quarry, crushing and screening, and municipal sectors; and Power Systems, which provides generators, air compressors, and customized power solutions, along with marine, industrial, and on-highway truck engine services. In addition to the full range of Caterpillar equipment, Milton CAT also sells and services complementary leading brands.
