Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Golden Valley, Minnesota, Meridian Services is an Individual and Family Services organization dedicated to helping people with intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and elderly individuals live independently and achieve their personal goals. With more than 290 employees, the company serves clients and families throughout the greater Twin Cities metro area and smaller counties across Minnesota. Its Case Management Department supports approximately 2,500 elderly individuals, 1,500 people with mental health issues, and over 1,000 persons with intellectual disabilities, while services are also delivered through 30 residential group homes and In Home/SILS/ILS and Respite programs reaching more than 220 people in the community. Over nearly four decades, Meridian Services has built a reputation for high-quality, compassionate care, earning international accreditation through CARF.
