Lifeline Connections is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation operating in the Hospitals and Health Care industry, serving the community since 1962. Headquartered at 1601 E Fourth Plain Blvd, Bldg. #17, Vancouver, Washington, the organization provides a full spectrum of treatment services for adults through a professional staff that includes board-certified psychiatrists and addictionologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed mental health and chemical dependency professionals, social workers, registered and licensed practical nurses, and counselors fluent in Spanish and American Sign Language. Lifeline Connections is certified and licensed by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services and the Washington State Department of Health, and is accredited by CARF International. With more than 230 employees, the organization delivers respected, competitively priced programs of care that help more than 5,000 people annually access the support they need.
