JDM Partners, LLC is a real estate company led by principals Jerry Colangelo, David Eaton and Mel Shultz, who together bring over 100 years of combined experience in real estate, sports and entertainment development and operations. The firm's history includes former ownership of the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and Arizona Rattlers, as well as serving as the original owner and managing partner of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Jerry Colangelo also helped found the Chicago Bulls and currently serves as national director of USA Basketball, having led the 2008 Olympic Redeem Team and the 2010 World Champion Team USA. In real estate, JDM has owned and developed 15 business parks across Arizona and is currently developing Douglas Ranch/Trillium Community, a 36,800-acre master planned community and the largest of its kind in the greater Phoenix area. With more than 20 employees, JDM continues to oversee a portfolio of active real estate projects.
