Formula, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Middletown, Delaware, is a wellness and fitness services company that has built an AI-powered nutrition assistant designed to help people improve their health, energy, and longevity. Its mission is to make personalized self-care accessible, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone. The company began with the Keto Diet App, a top-ranking iOS app in the US keto and low-carb category that has generated more than $20M in sales, over 5M installs, and more than 500K subscribers. Building on this success, Formula expanded into broader health and nutrition offerings, now unified under its core app, Formula Care. Today, the company employs more than 20 people dedicated to advancing personalized nutrition and wellness solutions.
