Crisis Services is a not-for-profit mental health care agency headquartered at 100 River Rock Drive, Suite 300, Buffalo, NY 14207, US, founded in 1968. The agency operates around the clock to serve as one of the most comprehensive crisis centers in upstate New York, meeting the emergency and mental health needs of Buffalo and Erie County residents. Its services include a 24-hour crisis counseling hotline, emergency mobile outreach, trauma response, and an advocate program addressing rape, domestic violence, family violence, and elder abuse, alongside community education and a police/mental health coordination project. With more than 90 employees, Crisis Services is committed to both the well-being of the community it serves and the well-being of its staff, fostering an open, supportive, and self-care-oriented workplace.
