Founded in 2019 and based in San Diego, California, Artiva Biotherapeutics is a biotechnology research company specializing in immunotherapy, with the capability to manufacture off-the-shelf, allogeneic NK cell therapies at scale. Its mission is to develop effective, safe, and accessible cell therapies for patients suffering from severe autoimmune diseases and cancers. The company's lead candidate, AlloNK, is a non-genetically modified allogeneic NK cell therapy designed to enhance the activity of monoclonal antibodies or NK cell engagers.
