スポーツメディスン事業部は、関節鏡視下手術（関節鏡手術）に関連する製品と技術を提供する部門で、特に肩・膝の靱帯損傷や半月板損傷の修復に用いられます。整形外科医やスポーツドクターの手術を支援し、アスリートから高齢者まで幅広い患者層の早期回復をサポートしています。

職務概要
与えられた予算を達成する為、既存顧客の院内シェアを上げ、新規顧客での製品採用を狙う。また、個人の目標達成のみならず、チームの達成の為に協力をする。
Smith & Nephew製品を一人でも多くの顧客に知ってもらい使用して頂く為に常に新しい考え方や行動を取り入れて営業活動を行う。

職務要件
出張: 国内外（ドクターのアテンド等で海外出張の可能性あり）
学歴・免許・資格: 必須：学士号、普通運転免許
経験: 必須：営業職経験（目安として2～3年以上） 望ましい：医療業界での営業経験、医療従事者経験。
その他（専門知識など）: 望ましい： Excel / Word / PowerPoint の基礎知識
コンピテンシー (求められる行動特性）: 目標達成に向けての前向きな考え、チームワークを意識した行動、常に最新の医療知識を習得しようとする向上心、製品を販売するだけでなく医療人としての思想、行動
