Für unser wachsendes Ring-Fenced-Team in der Region Hannover suchen wir motivierte und flexible IT-Techniker (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im technischen Vor-Ort-Service.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Durchführung des klassischen IMAC-Geschäfts im Windows-/Intel-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts und Migrationen
  • Austausch, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Hardware, z. B.:
    • Laptops und Desktops
    • Workstations
    • Tablets und Smartphones
    • Drucker und Peripheriegeräte
  • Auf- und Abbau sowie Verkabelung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Patchen und Anbinden von Netzwerkanschlüssen
  • Installation und Grundeinrichtung von Software und Anwendungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen
  • Durchführung technischer Arbeitsschritte nach vorgegebenen Prozessen und Dokumentationen
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Allgemeine unterstützende Tätigkeiten im IT-Betrieb („helfende Hand”)
  • Bei Bedarf Arbeiten mit Leitern, Hebebühnen bzw. Steigern

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B.:
    • F-achinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration
    • IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d)
    • oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Alternativ: mindestens 1 Jahr praktische Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Idealerweise mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau, Anschluss und der Verkabelung von IT-Geräten
  • Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Hardware namhafter Hersteller
  • Gute Kenntnisse eines aktuellen Client-Betriebssystems, insbesondere Windows
  • Erfahrung mit Installation und Grundeinrichtung von Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung technischer Tätigkeiten nach vorgegebenen Prozessen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Fähigkeiten in Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
  • Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft
