What You'll Do:

• ✨ Build and maintain trust as a reliable resource for behavioral health care in your community.
• ✨ Collaborate with treatment teams to provide comprehensive care coordination.
• ✨ Identify market strategies and deepen professional relationships to expand Newport Healthcare's reach.
• ✨ Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to uncover needs and create impactful partnerships.
• ✨ Plan and execute engaging presentations tailored to your audience.
• ✨ Respond promptly to service inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and support for families.
• ✨ Participate in team calls and field rides, sharing insights and strategies for success.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual performance objectives for your target market.
• Document meaningful activities in our contact database to track progress.
• Plan and attend facility tours, professional weekends, and networking events to showcase Newport Healthcare.
• Manage expenses and assist with client assessments (if licensed).

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or closely related field OR minimum two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting/pharmaceutical sales.
• 💬 Experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.
• 📈 Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies to meet objectives.
• 🌟 Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
