Wat doe je als Health, Safety & Environment Officer bij Coolblue?

Je bezoekt regelmatig onze depots, vooral in Utrecht en Rotterdam, waar je veiligheidsrondes loopt bij Refurbished en Repairs. Tijdens de rondes ga je op locatie in gesprek met teamleiders en depotbazen. Je ondersteunt de HSE Specialist bij veiligheidsprojecten, zowel op locatie als thuis. Ook pak je depot-specifieke checks op, denk je mee over gezonde werkomstandigheden en sluit je aan bij projecten rond keuringen van bijvoorbeeld gereedschappen. En je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Risico Inventarisatie & Evaluatie voor Refurbished en Repairs. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de andere HSE Officer, de HSE Specialist, je Teamlead en de installatieverantwoordelijke. Zo zorg je ervoor dat alle Coolblue’ers veilig kunnen werken en Coolblue zich aan alle veiligheidsafspraken houdt.

Dit vind je leuk om te doen:

  • Depots in Nederland bezoeken, vooral in Rotterdam en Utrecht.
  • HSE-onderwerpen bespreken met teamleiders en depotbazen.
  • Projecten afstemmen met de HSE Specialist.
  • Ondersteunen bij veiligheidsprojecten, op locatie of thuis.
  • Depot-specifieke checks doen voor nieuwe en lopende projecten.
  • Samenwerken met andere HSE Specialisten in Nederland, België en Duitsland.
  • Veiligheidsvragen analyseren en omzetten in duidelijke oplossingen.

Functie-eisen

Hier herken jij jezelf in:

  • Een mbo-opleiding Middelbare Veiligheidskunde of een hbo-opleiding Hogere Veiligheidskunde of Integrale Veiligheidskunde, diploma (nog) niet vereist.
  • Een autorijbewijs (B).
  • Parttime beschikbaar.
  • Goed in Nederlands en Engels, spreken en schrijven.
  • Duidelijke communicatie en sterk in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Het liefst een elektrotechnische achtergrond.
